 mmmm if the front was just changed the transformer would not have been replaced

we have changed a few there not the best psu's

I replace the full unit, not just the front, so full new system and PSU

I'd assume the spark may have tested a new spur with your controls attached

 

I have spare psu's, I did have issues some years ago, they go funny before failing...

The logs show 1 mains fail & loads of tampers & supervision faults ?

 

Is the sub seeing unreset faults when they put their code in for another tamper or supervision fault?

1, goes from a spur to a built in step down/PSU to 13-15v, checked voltage on it and gives out correct voltage
