I had thought it was an AC issue but just assumed that the battery with smooth it out.

It could be the PSU but I'd expect to see more in the log.

Alarm wiring shorting to mains earth (earth fault) can pull all the zones low.

Need more to go on really, just assumptions with very little info.

If its ac noise, possible but I doubt likely it's an act 1313 filter you need not a psu replacement
