Currently quoteing for a monitored c.c.tv system we are going down the vass route through a guarding company who he allready uses to attend site on alarms.

He has had another quote from a guy who said that on an alarm he could send images via email straight to the police is this possible.

It is possible to send alarm triggered images via email to any recepient, If the local police are happy to accept this method then theres no reason you cant do it.

TVX video verification, do a broadband unit that will send emailed jpegs to of post, pre and alarm activation to a equipped ARC, i wonder if this is what he means.

The early version i remember norbain selling it, but it didnt take off all the big company went to audio verification, probaly cost.

No PMs please unless i know you or you are using this board with your proper name.

Adpro Fast Trace is soooo gooood the ARC or guarding company will can see alarmed events pre alarm and real time on all cameras if nec.

High quality recordings to, can be set up on ADSL or ISDN and most ARC are Adpro ready.

Pete

I'm pretty sure most high end network DVR's like the fast trace can send activations via email or ftp. Seems a bit slow on ISDN though.

If you don't know......ask.

I sell a small Home CCTV system that has the ability to send email and sms + picture, plugs into your home pc via usb, all for the princely sum of £300.
