Window sensors

Dudes

I been asked to monitor windows only , they don't need intruder ,  I assume a panel could do this

Monitor windows open and closed , send an alarm on an app or desktop to say q certian window has opened

First thing that came to mind were 24hr zones, wireless detectors

App giving an alarm and status for each one , or even outputs activating LEDs as they want it silent , perhaps a light beep will do

Any ideas appreciated

Seems like it's down to what they want this "monitor" to do? Alarm, chime, status information, push notifications what's the goal?

Most stuff should have zone mimic if you need to interface zone status to something.

All they want to know , if a window is open , sends some kind of alarm and resets when closed , but multiple windows

They said silent , but a small keypad beep would still be ok

Would you guys make your own led panel up if they wanted to see status visual without an app , or there is something readily available?

HKC tech zones? We made a led panel up for a huge toy factory with loads of beams in the roof. Before we did this they would get to the main entrance and try to set the alarm only to find a beam interrupted somewhere. The leds told them there was a problem before they left the warehouse

Would a small, simple access control system do this better?
PAC, Paxton, Grosvenor Sateon, Nedap AEOS etc
Use input only boards to collect alarm contacts and use the mapping of the server software to display the site and the location of any detector in alarm?

Tech zones only so many right ? Or you mean the label the zones and use tech zone attrib

However your led option is probably way to go , I will experiment

Sounds like a nurse call system but with wireless contacts instead, maybe a path you can look at.

A basic one is just alarm and reset signals sent back to an LED multi-zone indicator panel with labels and buzzer?

Yes ok , do you have a link to the specific product ?
