Ok panels off and pics uploaded. The Wires are six core and are marked up as follows-

Keypad

Landing x2

Bell

Speaker

Speaker

Hall Porch Landing

Kitchen Bedroom

There are three spare cables marked with a “?” Going no where. I could put a signal down them to trace.

Interesting the maximum chain is three. Suppose that’s too many on one six core to wire three PIR’s separately?

Amazing the display isn't broken   I'll give you £10 For that keypad and the ID biscuits

Ha ha think the biscuits are worth more than that on the black market but will let you know if and when it all gets swapped.

So what are the options now you can see the panels etc??

You don't have any they are same as before

Either you find parts

Or you get installer to put in a bus system like hkc

Or you go wireless and try and keep some wired bits so hybrid panel

Most of this will end up being repetitive , although good to see pictures , conclusion is same scrap it because no one will want to maintain it and you will find your situation harder as time goes

Scrap scrap scrap

PS we have a 35kg dog to take into account with PIR’s......

Perimeter protection where needed depending on whether dog headbutts everything

Ok so consensus is scrap it, no problem. If a hybrid system, which is the best combination panel and PIR’s keypad etc. The same for a full wireless system, panel & accessories? Don’t care how much as long as its reliable etc etc etc.....

No problem getting it installed professionally either...
