Recently one of the proximity tag has stopped working. keypad just doesn't give any responce to proximity tag. I tried to assign it again to the user by going in to master user mode but keypad just doesn't identify the proximity tag. Proximity tag is grey in colour and was supplied with the system at the time of installation. Can someone advice if that proximity tag is now dead or if it can be reused some how? I know need to replace the broken one. Was going through the manual and as per manual "any Industry standard ISO Tag or card" can be used. Now ebay and amazon is filled with proximity tags .
