Hi, I installed a hardwired challenger alarm system in a domestic property and the system included an auto voice dialler.
The entire system works fine except from the auto dialler.. It doesnt call the programmed phone numbers when the alarm is triggered, but as soon as you enter the user code to turn the alarm off it starts ringing..
also if you remove the cover from the autodialler to release the tamper spring it makes the call but does not trigger the alarm.

Any ideas what this could be?
Checked all connections and they are as shown on the wiring diagram

The auto dialler is a separate unit from the main panel

Autodialler is the AT60
Main panel is the AP10LED

Output or input needs inverting if it's doing the opposite.

Also tamper connections not connected to the panel?

Tamper connections run from autodialler to panel and are functioning, why would the output need inverting if its connected as stated on wiring diagram? (genuine question)

Things generally don't just work by sticking wires in holes with security systems, they still need programming for the use case.

More complicated the panel or configuration the more complicated the programming gets.

Do CEF get them from tomy or fisher price?
