Can anyone advise on the right settings I need to use or how I do it or if I can do it at all. Regards Nath You mean exit time not ally set by the engineer Do you have access to the engineer menu or have the engineer code? Although the the V2 Tel is a dialler I assume there is another box next to it? Or a picture of your keypad or it has a name on it Or are using the dialler as an alarm? I don't have access to the engineer menu as we didn't have it installed for us, it was here when we moved in and not sure how it works if i am honest. I will probably be best to get someone to service it as it has been here before we had this building.
