    Thank you both. I don't have access to the engineer menu as we didn't have it installed for us, it was here when we moved in and not sure how it works if i am honest. I will probably be best to get someone to service it as it has been here before we had this building. Regards Nathan

    I am looking to extend the time count down on my security system after I set the alarm. Can anyone advise on the right settings I need to use or how I do it or if I can do it at all. Regards Nath
