Any one ever been able to get through to them. Have been on hold for over one hour!!!!!!

I'm trying to get signals to arc but to being received. alarm is dialing out chip and receiver nos are correct. just want to make sure I havnt missed anything.

What type of signalling and settings? Do you have Enable Digi checked On?

Hi sorry gave up in the end. 

All settings were ok as far as I could see.  The panel was dialling out on activation but nothing being received at the arc.

 

ARC gave you wrong account No, had that before

Yea did the test phone, got through to the receiver, and double checked the account number.

Might be fault on the account ARC side, or some really dumb mistake I missed on programming. 

you probably already known how to, 

 

but I'll say how I would check a digi.

 

test butt on monitior, when you toggle an output on com2400 you'll hear it dial the no. then receiver answer, the data sent & the acknoledgement which tell the digi it's successful & to stop.

 

Adsl, funny dial tones ect might stop the receiver being heard, the digi will normally try multiple times.

 

The digi also needs to be enabled in the menu so it works

 

It's hard to work out digi issues without a telephone handset / butt another basic test is dial the receiver off the line & see if the receiver answers
