It's obvious this is a removed speed reduction chicane, and the contractors didn't want to do anything other than paint over the existing lines rather than risk not getting paid. sixwheeledbeast Posted July 9, 2017 Share Posted July 9, 2017 I have said all this before, many local councils and contractors have no idea of the guidelines there suppose to adhere to on road maintenance. Its all made to look amusing by the media but some of these incorrect signs, road markings and even road layouts cause injury and death every day.
