    I will try that, I have been drinking loads of water, I even refused a beer last night, But that made my wife look after me, now she knows i am really ill lol

    I remember Lemsip as a kid, nothing more disgusting and then they brought out the blackcurrent one which was even worse!

     

    i just take the standard para and ibruprofren for this stuff, cup of tea. And savage hot curry works for me.
