I-On40 Firmware request

Featured Replies

I've readen that several years ago you've successfully updated your I-ON40 to firmware   4.04.14

I'm stuck at 2.02 version and would like to update it. I have  firmare file version 4.05.06 but I don't have right bootloader version (only a 0.00.06 version in zip file I have)

so I can't update.

Do you have a bootloader file 1.00.01 ?

All firmware zip file on the web are locked by a strong password. I've asked to cooper to send me the password but I don't have any answer.

Hi !

I wrote a second email to cooper/eaton support and got an answer!

They pointed me to files :http://www.touchpoint-online.com/content/i-on40 instead of http://www.coopersafety.nl/?pageId=2&lang=fr&CategoryId=22&ProductId=1375

So I explain that display version of the bootloader was 0.00.06 after update. I will see his answer, and will go back to you.

Thanks for your support team
