I'm Having a problem enrolling proxy tags the 2 which came with the pack worked fine fitted a extra door contact and the tried to enroll 2 more proxy Tags but system refused to recognize them and also other tags which were working before are not being excepted, and have deleted 1 tag and tried to re enroll others but panel will not except any proxy tags at all now any help would be appreciated.

The First 2 Tags were supplied with the system and worked Fine the second two were purchased from ebay I Had this problem with another powermax plus  I installed and  sure that happened after I enrolled two extra sensors and tried to add a extra proxy Tag. I have emailed vivasonic but no reply as yet. and ill do a reset If no joy which is a pain really.

It would appear using ones of the incorrect format screw up the existing ones ?

deleted new ones but original ones that were working fine will not enroll though will it have to be Hard reset

would I have to replace all tags then if screwed other ones up thanks

Had issues with the tags on these before. Deleting all the tags and enrolling them in installer mode normally does the trick. Assuming your tags are compatible.

I'm sure  I deleted all Tags there might be one left in Ill pop bk and see and tried enrolling original ones but will not recognize them in both modes Inc Installer

default the panel and make sure you put the default pins back to where they are suppose to be.

Just checked and proxy tags think were wrong as were for a VISONIC POWERMAX POWERMASTER instead of a powermax complete  so will do a factory reset will I have to go up to bell box and re enroll it or will it pair automatically.
