tony123 Posted February 10, 2017 Share Posted February 10, 2017 I'm Having a problem enrolling proxy tags the 2 which came with the pack worked fine fitted a extra door contact and the tried to enroll 2 more proxy Tags but system refused to recognize them and also other tags which were working before are not being excepted, and have deleted 1 tag and tried to re enroll others but panel will not except any proxy tags at all now any help would be appreciated. tony123 Posted February 11, 2017 Author Share Posted February 11, 2017 (edited) Hi there Thanks for your reply The First 2 Tags were supplied with the system and worked Fine the second two were purchased from ebay I Had this problem with another powermax plus I installed and sure that happened after I enrolled two extra sensors and tried to add a extra proxy Tag. I have emailed vivasonic but no reply as yet. and ill do a reset If no joy which is a pain really. sixwheeledbeast Posted February 11, 2017 Share Posted February 11, 2017 Had issues with the tags on these before. Deleting all the tags and enrolling them in installer mode normally does the trick. Assuming your tags are compatible. tony123 Posted February 11, 2017 Author Share Posted February 11, 2017 (edited) Thanks for reply Just checked and proxy tags think were wrong as were for a VISONIC POWERMAX POWERMASTER instead of a powermax complete so will do a factory reset will I have to go up to bell box and re enroll it or will it pair automatically.
