May 16, 201610 yr comment_446317 Afternoon all. Sorry if this has been asked before but what is the legal requirements with regards to cctv viewing and the backup of cctv data. Is a sia licence required by a engineer if viewing or backing up cctv in commercial buildings. The reason I ask is because Most of my companies work is in health centres/council buildings and a new building manager on one of the sites says we need the licence to carry out the works. May 18, 201610 yr comment_446381 it doesn't say you need a licence to install it, only those using for a certain criteria but that's as far as my interpretation goes.
