Stoneisland
Hello all, I'm new to the forum and wanted some help with a faulty PIR. I a eurosec PR5208 Rev 1 panel. Does any one know what make model PIR I have. Please see the attached pics. Also where can I buy one from? Used bluetac to test if the sensor was faulty. Even covered alarm still went off but no led light. PeterJames
Covering the sensor with blutac does not tell you its the detector thas faulty, quite the opposite, you need to link the detector at the the detector if it continues to activate its not the detector, if it doesnt then it is. Currently you only know its not environmental ie something the detector wasnt seeing. It could be a whole lot of other things You dont have to replace the detector with same make but to me that looks like a Risco PIR Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/39517-identify-faulty-pir-sensor/#findComment-437281 Share on other sites
