homeowner1234 Posted December 5, 2015 Author Share Posted December 5, 2015 Thanks for the replies.  I'm pretty sure the original contract used the word "dualcomm" although the recent letter talked about a Redcare increase.  I don't know what the difference is? There is a gsm areal in the loft if that helps identify it?  We're based in Berkshire.
