This has all now been written into out admin side of our website

I've been extensively testing it over the last 2 weeks and it works a treat

 

Very simple process to go through,

 

Engineer logs into secure site with email & password

Engineer inputs a 7 digit contract number

This displays the correct customers name

This outputs a batch of random generated codes for different scopes

 

In our master administration panel,

 

This logs the engineer who has requested it

Logs the date and time that its been requested

On the first day of every month, engineer stats are emailed to me.

 

This will make us a hell of a lot more secure and protect revenue

I'm now ready to implement this and it will go live for all customers starting 1st October

Its unlikely that i wouldn't get internet signal between receiving a job and getting to it.

 

However if it was to happen, as Mr Happy said

Just takes a quick call to the office to get it, And everything is logged for future reference

 

Its been heavily used over the last week now, no issues at all in deploying it

Were doing UDL Into a pile of Intruder to migrate over... Should of done it years ago
