I doubt the version of Word makes a difference, its just taking comma delimited output from AM and dropping it into your template doc. I would have thought that if you're paying an annual sub for AM they should be providing up to date reports to drop into AM for this type of output. Its looks a bit shoddy TBH. We have hundreds of reports and many templates, AM include some basics to get you going. I hardly believe people believe templates should be part of customer support, maybe it is!AM do have many of our reports and some of our PDA projects it's not like we can teach them much. I'm not sure what fields are being used for signature I will ask our office on Thursday as I can't think of any that fit the bill. And I'm not so sure about the latest version, as far as I was aware we are still working out some of the nigles. Customers! August 6, 201411 yr comment_394316 We use one of the user fields for signature, so it is just populated with users name that is logged in at the time. We also remade it so we could change it easily each time ACPO see fit to revise it. I didn't feel all that comfortable uodating so we left it alone for the time being. Apendix F is a standard word document for the police. All the data is there it's just populating a police template provide to installers in word. Customers!
