The issue is their receiver software refuses to install, despite the machine meeting their exact requirements. Getting it to chat to MAS is easy as it emulates a Surgard receiver. It's just a bit of software that accepts the alarms and spits it into MAS in Surgard format. That's all it does. lol @ norm!
