dazoman1
what do you guys make of these? TMD15 (Grade 3) Digital Dual Technology and Combined Non-overlapping, with Anti-Mask, PIR and Microwave Detectionhttp://www.pyronix.com/tmd15-digital-detector.php i think we may start moving towards these but at what cost? are they worth it ? also would this replace a door contact and detector for confirmed zones? Lwillis
We use them . Not to replace a contact tho but in certain places to give confirmed and reduce cabling. Not had any issues so far .
9651
We use them in the same situation as above, we never spec them on a new install, but handy if confirmed is required on an upgrade etc. Fine if using CC / EOL but absolute pain in the hoop if the installation has iD installed. Amps
Only problem i have found is when fitted in a warehouse and the concrete floor is cold the DT side seems to fall asleep and is hard to trigger. *concrete floors are always cold but i mean winter time with no heating.
