Hi,

 

At first thanks forum for its help with my last problem. So now i have one more problem. I install with success the Premier Elite ComGSM on Premier Elite 24 Panel and at first i could arm and disarm the system. After some changes on settings, i don't remember unfortunaly, i can not arm or disarm the system. I am sending

Output......

Battery : OK

Power  : OK

Line     : OK

 

so my SIM card is fine because can send me sms but i can not do my job. At first was OK. I check Arming Options about Remote Arm and Disarm. They are enable both of them. Is it something with the user? Where have I to check?

 

One more question. This module can call too? Yesterday the system was trigger and send me only sms... :(

i don't know the panel, but i's suspect you might have changed the users authority.

i'd try setting up a new user with full permissions, lower authority like cleaners will likely not have the required permissions.

If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!

The unit only does SMS.

I would guess you are not texting the correct command to the unit.

My command is ok because i had the first message when i send to the panel and was ok... I am getting only the status....

Id guess your sms commands are wrong texecom us the diy pro panel of choice. When you phone tech support what have they said?
