Is it just me who thinks BPT is over priced? Quality gear, no question but still I think they've kicked the **** out of it...

30 years of experience, ssaib approved family business.

We have a very long list of clients that we are very proud chose to use us. We have never bought out any other company or forced anyone to use us. All of our customers are free to leave us whenever they wish, yet very few ever have. This is down to the fact that we always put our best into every job.

Hi Louis,  I have used your kit in the past, Quite like the simplicity of the Improx system

Its a shame about a couple of the waste of space reps in particular your company employs

The two BPT / CAME reps are a waste of time, I Cant be bothered with them.

Last meeting I had with the Came & BPT reps cost me 3 hours of my time for nothing.
Never followed up on anything I gave them. Asked for 6 garage door kits and an Improx system and never got back to me.
 

In the end, I spoke to our local rep at BFT, Phil Hall who is a brilliant rep, Got the garage door motors next day and ordered all paxton kit instead.
I won't buy anything from them after messing me around and wasting my time.

I wish BPT instruction would come in English only and not six different languages   :dontgetit:

In general I like it, imho, tech backup always good, deawings are in web site etc. 

 

their biggest issue is not price as it is very well built, except those little 'fingers' behind the name plates, couriers especially tend to miss treat and break them easily if they don't get a quick answer.. 

If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
