Well that is enough to get it ripped out.

Not worked from install = not fit for purpose.

Wish full thinking really, I think I just have to keep going back and reboot controllers to get them back communicating with eachother.  

Put that CQR SMS switch controller on it and a relay. (GD04).

Then just text it to power cycle the units and charge a call out :D

Agreed, but unfortunitly that isnt an option. Apparently it hasnt worked since installed so what do they expect me to do??? :banghead:  followd by    :smash:

Out of interest, what version controller and when was system installed?

P3 controllers. Not sure when installed, but not too long ago as far as I know. Did you manage to get them sorted or is it just down to bad kit??

Funny how we fix our problems. Just been asked to rip out another ATS panel because the customer dosent use it because its to hard to use. 500 devices and no protection. One mans etc...

Hard to use? Swipe 3 times to arm, 1 to disarm. What's hard about that?

I see. When using areas, we use separate RASs to avoid the issue. Agreed if using a single RAS for multiple areas its a but much for the end user.
