Hello Oxo,

Thanks for ignoring my PM.

I only expected a reply, to a very straightforward question, but, sometimes that's too much to hope for. Having removed yourself from our conversation I can only express myself in the open forum.

I feel that having given you information to help you/your colleague with my requirements, a reply, even a simple, 'no we couldn't do it for that price, would have been polite.

My final question within my PM, of 'Who are you/what is your company?' was also ignored, leaving me with a genuine bad feeling.

We fit Galaxy, and a G2 is a good product. You wont have any issues with wireless in a domestic environment,

I did reply.

I said your monitoring was so cheap I could not complete.

I also told the other person who works that area you were looking for a quote.

I also gave you the name of another local company. MRFS.

So where it says I cannot complete, why should I give you my numbers?

Because for that money , what was it 64 quid or something PA..................it is not worth it for just about anyone.

You come across as being insulted.

Sorry.

I believe if I delete my end of the PM yours also gets deleted for some reason but I left it up for a few days, not my fault you cannot use the PM facility.

So either  use Crown or MRFS both NSI Gold companies in your area, not much oposition left as they and ADT have bought out just about everyone else.

Please feel free to not reply.

£64 pa? We charge more for a reset code. We wouldn't want to go near at that level either.
