You could not understand how batteries (dormant state) could be detected inside a retail package, maybe you still don't and thats my problem but is possible. End of.

My original point was simply;

Still say RFID, that way they can track each phone, know which batch.

Easier to know who in those types of W/House as from what I have seen only some have access to certain areas.
