jb-eye
So NEVER leave the manufacturers details because IF the customer Sussed a 5 year guarantee or even if they used the EU 2 year guarantee your only out is that they didn't pay maintenance Oh Dear! breff
How much is the difference between the repair price and the annual maintenance fee that you would have had? If not much I would suggest to the client that he pay the maintenance fee and then has x months remaining. The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct! (Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not) Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/33569-warranty-is-covered-but-should-labour-be-included/page/3/#findComment-293170 Share on other sites

If not much I would suggest to the client that he pay the maintenance fee and then has x months remaining. Forget that, punish them and then offer maintenance. The more you charge for a repair the better the maintenance looks. We find most take it Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/33569-warranty-is-covered-but-should-labour-be-included/page/3/#findComment-293181 Share on other sites
