Hi I have an Accenta G3 alarm, when i set the system the exit beep tone starts ok but will not stop after the required time so do not know if the alarm has been set?

I do not have any other warning tones at all and the power / day light are ok. What could be the problem?

final door setting ? (you have open & close final door)

Hi thanks yes, ive been outside with final door closed and locked and i can still hear the exit beep tone

Are any of the zone lights on when you start to arm it?

I think he meant is it programmed for final door set.

Also have you set the door zone as timed?

Hi James - no the only lights that are on are the power and the day ones

Oxo - Sorry dont know, recently purchased property so i didnt get alarm installed myself have only got the instruction book. It has been working fine up until today

Then walk test the door contact,

LCD keypad?

Press P the code and tick. Then open door. It should bleep and the number 1 appear under the zone number it is.
