Hi Guys, 

I am in the same position as the Op in this thread. My garden office is 14x10 with 2 windows and a door. 

Ideally I would like to have a contact on the door and windows as well as the motion sensor. 

Would you guys be so kind as to point me in the right direction of the kit required? I have been able to locate the Honeywell Optima and the motion sensor.

Are you able to recommend a unit that i may be able to connect to my existing network via ethernet which would as a minimum send alerts via email or have an App that can be used to control it?

What control panel is it?
