July 5, 201213 yr comment_285647 Sounds like it possible need a new keypad membrane, Texecoms part number is DCA-0015 I would however recomend having this checked by an proper alarm engineer, They will be able to correctly diagnose the problem and if required, install the new parts. As its been installed for 5 years, I would deffo get it fully serviced, chances are, its going to need a replacement battery backup, Also get the external sounder battery tested aswell.
