well we been going since 2009 the name is built up everywhere really but I was going to get a new domain name and 301 redirect the old to the new

or I could just keep the old domain as it is and start a new domain and website so I have two and leave herts cctv as a trading name.

re change of name, imo changing name is a risky move, depending on age of firm. all your previous marketing etc as your old name is wiped out

QFA thats wwhy my company is still called Wakefield even though Im in Sussex

it is a tricky one as pointed out CCTV is in the name and tbh people do call and ask if we do intruder alarms but at the same time ask if we install CCTV!

yeah sounds good but I thought herts electronic security was good covers all aspects of security then and has a natural sounding to it!
