chuckell
customer has a accenta optima g3 panel + eurosec keypads. Visitors are being missed , because door bell push is being pushed and released as normal with bell / push and transformer(alarm chime wont operate). External door bell push has to be held down for 3 seconds before chime(2tones) in internal bell operates, can it be programmed to operate as soon as bell push pressed?. With the system disabled, opening ground floor doors operates chime(4tones)can that be disabled?. I looked through user and installer manuals , but didn't want to alter any other settings by mistake. Homeowner wont have original installer(electrical + alarm company)back due to constant problems with there work. 6 year old custom new build
