9651
The premier 48 can do anything. Time to dig out the manual, you can set up op's no problem on this panel Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/30700-sleeping-viper-glxs/page/2/#findComment-266467 Share on other sites
looops
It is a DIY but I'm pretty good with these things. Didnt install 1 per zone, in this case there are two. In another room I have three in one zone and one LED is flashing, the other two are constant. Confused I am. james.wilson
but if you have wired them together they will do this. if you have more than 1 per zone you need to have some sort of way to reset. they are not 'sleeping' just not indicating immediatly. They con do this but you need to wire and program them to do this. securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount. 9651
Just lash a common core to the set, then add a 12v to it, see if they settle (if thats what the instructions suggest- been a long time since i've fitted any tbh!). If they do, set up an OP, then BINGO! If not the 12v needs to be broken then re applied to the, this will also reset them Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/30700-sleeping-viper-glxs/page/2/#findComment-266475 Share on other sites
Guest Oxo
Vipers are yrs old. Your not reading the installation doc`s correctly. As before rewire and do it according to the instructions. Adi
I've run 8 core just in case I've wired Set for all vipers but theres no +12v OP on the Premier 48. Will need to lash together a relay or similar. As said before, prem outputs can be configured to pretty much anyway you need. I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
