Think Mc Donalds stopped 'Mc Dona Kebab' shop using a sign close to their logo, Caucus if you could really get away with it, tbh do you need the court case, unless it's your name/logo being plagiarised? you'd have to get enough publicity to cover costs as advertising (pronalby why those others did it). hpotter Posted October 28, 2010 Share Posted October 28, 2010 copyright foc, use it if you want to control use of body of work (can incl logo) eg let others use maybe for a fee. reg trade mark £200/shout, use it if you want to protect a specific design sign/logo antipodean firm called 'Arrods, fell foul of trade mark.
