June 11, 201015 yr comment_241406 cable, switch or fuse - will only be one of those three but the system may be on "engineer reset" have you always been able to reset the system before? imo unlikely engineer reset due to model of panel and age so you won't need the engneers or master code, it was designed as 'bells only' panel i.e. not for remote monitoring. i never used many but i don't remember it supporting engineer reset if you have motion detectors and the Red LEDs used to come on as you move (some installers disconnected them), are they still coming on? if not indicates likely you have blown the 1amp 20mm glass fuse in the main panel, replacement sourced easily from Maplin's. this is an old panel and if not been serviced for a while, i'd recommend to fit a new 12v 3amp battery, again sourced from Maplins or i think cheaper from TLC electrical wholesalers. June 12, 201015 yr comment_241477 The 360 and the 370 were completely different panels. Are you sure you are resetting it properly?. You could link out the bell tamper at the panel , if it clears then the fault is at your repair or the bell box.
