However it is impossble to filter dsl out at the dialler this way, because if you do it will filter the dsl signal at source so it wont be available. Only way is to rewire it but this has other implications. Taco Posted November 3, 2010 Share Posted November 3, 2010 bear in mind that if you are going to fit a standard adsl filter, you need to know what wires to use in the filter. at the moment, there is only one dedicated alarm adsl filter on the market for uk alarms, the rest are your run of the mill phone filters older redcares used to be, until they brougfht out the modem compatability interface, and that also let you on to fax and card reader lines as well:) Every day is a school day Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
