Think I will have a look at these, should be ok as I am only 20 stone :rolleyes:

They aint nothing new, been around for well over 10 years or so, they are fairly usefull as you turn them into a ladder (a solid one at that) but theyre heavy and cumbersome on site. They do come in different sizes and from different manufactures too though.
