i'm curious as to why did you need to go through those routines? the system will reatin al settings other than clock time and date.

cause it came from the internet shop ? - who knows whats left in there

so remove+ allows and remove- won't allow it, tends to be more strictly controlled on higher end homes or businesses, for instance we would not want anyone isolating your bullion vault would we?.

its a regs requirment - no insurance if you get it wrong hmm
