I live in the West Midlands and have a new home. A local (established) firm have quoted for 5 pirs, a bell box, a panel upstairs and a smaller one by the door, and the system rings me if the alarms goes off. The price they gave given me is

Who recommeneded this company to you? have they had a system fitted by them for a similar price. It does sound a bit on the cheap side, with out looking at your premises I would have thought

The only way I would even think about that is if your house is pre-cabled.

The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct!

(Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)

I consider my prices to be as low as can be acheived sensibly... and for the described system I would be charging double the amount quoted.
