  4. £35.00 pa it costs me £37.50 to send an engineer somewhere. What sort of service would you get for £35pa and how long before the chap charging it goes bust, or what sort of cover he provides whilst he is on holiday

Tell us what the keypad is saying or what lights are on If you got information on how to reset it on other forums why are you not asking the other forums what you did wrong?

  9. http://www.natcom.ie/noralsy.php mag stripe is a bit old now though, it depends on how many doors/cards exist as to whether its worth keeping
  10. I wasnt thinking that it was clever, I was thinking more that its a bit of a security risk. About twenty years ago when I was an engineer, one of our customers was burgled. The alarm had gone off front door he was called out, he arrived called the engineer who found nothing wrong reset the alarm, an hour later they are back, engineer cant find anything wrong changes the contact, 30 mins later alarm goes off again engineer swaps the zones and omits the old zone the alarm goes off again keyholder decides not to set the alarm again that night, and guess what next morning shops empty. If I want to burgle one of your videofied sites I just fill the house with moths wait a couple of hours sorted
  11. So your saying that an alarm constantly activating because of a moth would be ignored?
  12. I doubt that, until the moth is dealt with it would be driving the arc mad who would in the end phone site or worse keyholders
  13. Never say never but at the moment it is quite difficult as no technology is clever enough to know that a moth is blocking the heat source it was looking at
  14. Welcome to the forum please read the forum rules before posting
  15. I do that all the time its because you have in your mind what you are going to say when the phone is answered, You know who you are calling and you are checking that this is who you have. I never let plums that answer "this is Matthew " change me from asking if they are Matthew
  16. Bonjour I like Dudley BCM
