    Check the Dd243 menu in parameters, I bet it's set to disable keypad during the entry time. It's defaulted to this if it's a Tyco panel.

    Almost certain we replaced one of these with a ctec in the past. Conventional apollo detectors.

    My problem is trying to get our lads to do overtime I have enough to last them for weeks. Funny thing is they are always moaning they are skint but always decline it.

    I would have just put the phone down on him. Once you put the Vat on a days labour for one man it would almost use up his budget.

    We have customer with about £9k of maintenance with us, he now tells me we are 25% more expensive than ADT. Now seeing as I worked for the above at one point I find this very hard to believe, and thaught we where cheap.

    Sounds to me like it needs a new battery. Best get in touch with your landlord and get it fully serviced.

    The job we are doing in the morning is a prime example, customer saves a few quid and buys a CCTV kit from Costco. He fits is and then realises its cr@p. Tomorrow we are pulling it out and fitting replacement IP CCTV Buy cheap buy twice.
