I wonder if anyone has any manuals for the Initial Shorock Aritech Control Panel. We have a customer who has moved into larger premises, with one of these things in, and he doesn't want to pay for a Galaxy, until it dies. Thanks

B) Hi all dont normally need to ask for manuels but I need a copy of the guardtec 350 install manuel and if possible the user manuel as well. If you dont mind its the original 350 one I need and not the 350+ many thanks all Adrian B)

Just moved into new home - previous owner passed on -sold by executor - no-one knows access code. Does anyone have installation manual or part that shows how to reset to default codes so I can reprogram my own code in?

We just had an attempted break-in from the back of a small commercial unit. The unit is reasonably secure and low risk but not alarmed. I thought I'd install a small alarm system and my local electrical wholesaler carries the above Panel. Along with most of the budget panels it seems to get mixed reviews. I had a quick look at the Texecom web site and the manuals on this board but would be interested in reading the Veritas installation guide. My background is computing (both hardware and software) so I would enjoy the challenge of settting it up. Can anyone email a copy of the Installation Guide as it is unavailable from the Texecom web site without setting myself up …

can anyone help with any old thorn security manuals, training notes etc need um for colleage who moved company and has a site with loads of them paper copy's wil do (7002 7008 etc) if sent can photocopy/scan and return if reqired

I am trying to find a user manual for an intruder alarm system, unfortunately there is NO identification on the alarm control panel, as to who it was made by. Can anyone give me any idea, as to how I determine the make of this control panel, so that I can then try and find a user manual for it ?

We have just moved house and this one has an Advantage zx6 installed. The previous owners said that it developed a fault about 12 months ago and didn't use it anymore, they also could not remember the code nor find the manual. Does anyone know it there is a way to reset the panel or have a manual which explains all this as we would prefer to get this one going rather than start again with a new system.

Help I have an ADE Optima Compact (6 Zone) alarm which I installed and maintain myself, whilst recently doing some building and decorating work I changed some settings and configurations to prevent accidental setting off of the alarm. I have now finishe the building work and have finished rewireing the panel back to it's correct state, however in the upheaval I have lost both my engineering and user manuals. Can anyone help with a copy of these manuals so that I can reset my alarm to normal operation? Thanks.

Can anyone help me? We had an electrician round the other day who had to turn off the power supply. When he turned it back on, nothing seems to happen when you press any of the buttons on the keypad - ie cant set/reset the alarm. Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to reset and reactivate the alarm? Thanks in advance!

For the first time we have been experiencing very occasional chirrups from the alarm which has brought me to seek help. It has only happened this last couple of days when the weather has been sweltering (for the North East anyway), and only happens when the sun is on the alarm unit. This has bought much mirth from my neighbours (one of whom is an electrician who has taken a look at it to no avail). I am worried that it will start happening at night time, when my neighbours will loose their affability. Does anybody know if this is a sign of something? I would guess that it is a sign of a battery running down as it is a similar behaviour to the smoke alarm when the bat…

Anyone got any bumpf on this Addressable dual loop fire panel or indeed the programming software for pc. Gotta add some XP95 zone monitors to it. Looks like this.
