We just had an attempted break-in from the back of a small commercial unit. The unit is reasonably secure and low risk but not alarmed. I thought I'd install a small alarm system and my local electrical wholesaler carries the above Panel.

Along with most of the budget panels it seems to get mixed reviews. I had a quick look at the Texecom web site and the manuals on this board but would be interested in reading the Veritas installation guide.

My background is computing (both hardware and software) so I would enjoy the challenge of settting it up. Can anyone email a copy of the Installation Guide as it is unavailable from the Texecom web site without setting myself up as an Installer. Thought I'd take a look before buying the bits.

I've bought one of the panels and it did have one inside. The fact that it was restricted on their website gave me the impression that it was not part of the package.

I'm sure there will be a few more questions shortly.
