We had a site that BT business sales persuaded the customer to upgrade his redcare line to digital and told him to get the redcare put on the fax line with 3 credit card machines as well and you wont need a MCD. The customer now think its us who are ripping him off. Called the prat in business sales and he accused us of not knowing what we were talking about.
