Hello all, I really need some help with a new euro 46 I recently purchased. It’s a brand new panel. When I power it on it goes into alarm (expected) but I can’t seem to silence it, I’ve tried all the default codes but none of them work! Is there some way to default the panel? Any suggestions

    It was brand new from ebay it even has the original installers phone number on it
