Hi all, i have a SD1+ fitted and has been working fine until I’ve changed the phone numbers and messages.

 

During the test phase all registered phones ring and messages get played out, but the phone won’t ring when the alarm is triggered? 
 

Has anyone experience this issue before and managed to resolve it any advice I would be grateful.

Have you metered the trigger? You 100% it was working before reprogramming ie did you test it before you started.

If you did you must of programmed something else

You need to break it down and work out why it's not triggering.

So is it messed up programming in the dialler or it's input after that you know if to check output of the panel.

They can get a surge up the phone line that damaged them but if test calls work that's unlikely in your case.

QFA these things stop working for a number of reasons, but its not normally because you changed the number unless you misspelt it
