Help needed  please,  just installed a accenta g4 mini , on first power up it showed tamper lockout, checked all connections , then linked zone wiriing tamper connections and rpk , strange thing it says invalid user code after 1st attempt,  tried the factory reset but still same issue , could it be a faulty panel ? fitted a few before never had an issue but this ones stressing me out , cheers Rick 

check the sab tamper too?

no tried that and spring on rpk and bell spring , thought the panel maybe faulty as saying factory usercode invalid 

meter the tamper return from the sounder to check its not that causing your tamper

I reckon you got.confused and have two tampers open and one of them was the rkp and it didn't clear because you had more than one and got confused dot com
