Hi I've been asked by a client about the touch screen galaxy honeywell cp040-01 touch screen alarm. Keypad does anyone know if this keypad is suitable and able. To. Be installed to. Their galaxy g2 20 panel its using the mk7 keypad at the moment many thanks

It will only give a virtual keypad on the old G2-XX series, no other functions, so not worth it. You can upgrade to the flex grade 2 series to support one touch keypad. The metal boxed flex is the same enclosure, so you can swap the board and psu over without having to take the case off the wall.

    I haven't seen one for a few years, but I had a play with them when they first came out and I thought they were shit. 

    Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

    I suppose if it's all you can have then looks good on the wall with your own background lol 

     

    But there touch screen sensitivity rubbish , need cleaning often to keep it in place 

    I thought it looked a bit Minecraft.
