Just a quick hello to you all, ive not been on here for a few years since I was an engineer. Im now director of Phoenix Security (took the plunge) so rejoined and thought id say a quick hello.

 

My background is Install and service engineer since 2001, spent the last few years at a previous company as engineering supervisor and now stressed to death running my own company but apart from the current climate its all going well.

I bit the bullet 18 years ago now, dont worry youll soon get used to the stress once you hit the bottle, then there are some really good charities out there like the SAMS, and the weekly Alcoholic anonymous meetings really help. Just try to keep in mind that suicide is not really the answer (I find if I keep telling myself that I almost start to believe it).
